The rooms at Franz Guest House are super cozy and comfortable. The beds are so comfy, it feels like sleeping on a cloud! I loved having a fully equipped kitchenette in my room. It made it easy to prepare quick meals and snacks whenever I wanted. The rainfall showerheads in the bathrooms gave me the most relaxing showers ever. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch too. The free in-room WiFi was a lifesaver! I was able to stay connected and easily share my amazing vacation photos with friends and family.
Personally, I didn't really use the minibar in my room. I prefer bringing my own drinks and snacks.

I couldn't believe it! Free breakfast and an airport shuttle? I felt like a VIP! Plus, I got to explore the water adventures and nightlife nearby. So much excitement!
Oh, how awful! I had to make my own breakfast in the shared kitchen.

The rooms at Franz Guest House were absolutely cozy and comfortable! The beds were so plush and inviting, and the air conditioning kept the temperature just perfect. We loved having our own little seating area, where we could unwind and relax after a long day of exploring Naples. The kitchenette was also a nice touch, allowing us to quickly whip up some snacks or heat up leftovers. Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver for staying connected with friends and family back home.
Personally, we weren't big fans of the minibars in the two guestrooms. We found them a bit small and didn't really use them during our stay.

I recently stayed at a lovely guest house in the heart of Naples' old town. The owner, Francisco, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond in assisting me with my travel plans. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the city on foot. Additionally, the room was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service and fresh towels. Francisco even provided a mini fridge stocked with drinks at a great price. I highly recommend this place for a delightful stay in Naples.

Great service and helpful staff. They provided us with useful advice on exploring the city. Excellent location near restaurants, cafes, and attractions, yet still quiet and calm.- The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable.
The street where the hotel is located had a lot of graffiti, which was a bit off-putting. It would have been nice to have a more varied breakfast menu and be aware that the kitchen is shared with other guests.
